These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and subscription services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or subscribing.

1. Overview

Snort Pack provides subscription packs, products, and related services designed for brachycephalic (flat-faced) dog breeds. Our mission is to deliver safe, fun, and breed-appropriate products directly to your door.

By purchasing from Snort Pack, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans:
When you subscribe to a Snort Pack membership, you agree to recurring billing based on the plan you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Automatic Renewal:
All subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You authorize Snort Pack to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

Updating Payment Information:
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until updated payment details are provided.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@snortpack.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping times and carrier options may vary based on your location. Once an order is shipped, Snort Pack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your Snort Pack arrives damaged or missing items, please contact support@snortpack.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our subscription packs and pet products, all sales are final.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@snortpack.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Refunds or replacements are issued at Snort Pack’s discretion and may require proof of damage (such as photos).

5. Product Safety and Usage

All products included in Snort Pack packs are selected with care and safety in mind for brachycephalic breeds. However, each dog is unique, and supervision is recommended when introducing new toys, treats, or skincare items.

Snort Pack is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from misuse, unsupervised play, or use outside of intended guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of Snort Pack and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this website without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snort Pack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
